The Minnesota Child Care Resource and Referral Network and the Child Care Financial Aid Website This website was originally created by the Child Care Financing Project of the Greater Minneapolis Day Care Association (GMDCA) and is now operated by the Minnesota Child Care Resource and Referral Network. Paying for a quality program is difficult for many families. That's why ChildCareFinancialAid.org was created. The Minnesota Child Care Resource and Referral Network is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization coordinating and supporting a statewide system of 19 Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies dedicated to enhancing the quality and availability of child care in Minnesota. The state Network has provided leadership for the CCR&R system since 1988.
